Refund policy

We really hope that you are satisfied with your 3Mac purchase. If for any reason you would like to return an item(s), we are happy to offer you a refund within 28 days of receipt of your order.  The item(s) must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all tags attached.  Please note that return charges are at the customer's expense.  Please return the item(s) in their original packaging to the following address;

3 Mac, PO Box 13907, Dublin 3

Returned items will be inspected upon our receipt.  If items are not in their original condition, the customer will be responsible for the decrease in value.  Once approved, returns will be processed within 14 days.  You will receive a confirmation email confirming your refund.  All refunds will be made through the original method of payment.

Exchange Policy
We are currently unable to offer an exchange service.  Should you wish to order a different size, the original order will need to be returned and another order placed.
